Leather and Rope Training Halter

Leather and Rope Horse training halter by DziaSport Equine. Made of sturdy leather with high quality stitching, the black rope noseband helps with training and control. If a horse pulls excessively, the lower buckle pressure system will tighten and improve control thus increasing your safety. The rope over the pole is soft while the rest of the rope halter hybrid is lightly waxed. Argentine knots help to secure the rope with while their placement at acupressure points provide gentle suggestions to the horse to behave. Beautifully stitched and featuring black hardware, the Happy Horse Hybrid Halter is fancy enough for the show scene.

Sizing

This hybrid halter is available in both full size and cob size. The models in these images are both wearing the full size model. The darker horse is Al, an OTTB 16.2. There is some room in the halter for a larger horse. We don’t have an image of a cob but if you do, we would like the images and feedback on the sizing. Replacement

We are replacing the Kentucky Horsewear “Control halter” with these training halters. The Kentucky brand uses a fake leather material that has proven to not hold up under normal use. We have found the that if you leave the KY brand out in the weather for even a short amount of time, it will become brittle and fail.  A hybrid halter at this pricepoint should hold up well. So far, the DziaSport Equine Leather and Rope Training Halter has held up well.
