Hit Air Replacement Cartridge Sizing

Be sure you know the size of the cartridge that your vest takes. They typically have the cc (cubic centimeter) capacity stamped or labeled onto the cartridge. Also, the vest itself will have it written somewhere. Typically, the vest will have the cartridge size written inside the CO2 pouch.

• 48cc for LV and SV2
• 50cc for JV, MC, MC2, and Advantage (S-XL)
• 60cc for MLV, Advantage (2XL – 5XL)

Yes, you can exchange your (unused) cartridges if you get the wrong ones. Please though, be sure you’re getting the right ones before you buy. You may note that several retailers say that “the government won’t let us do returns of C02,” but that is not true. For more details on our returns/exchange policy, check out that page.

 

A note from the MFG of Hit Air vests: Finally, to ensure a valid warranty, Hit-Air products including Hit Air replacement cartridges can only be purchased with a “Hit Air Dealer” (USA Dealers Only). Firstly, if you’re not sure a dealer is “authorized”, call toll free 1877-989-3282 and ask Hit-Air themselves. As of this writing, eBay merchants are not dealers. The warranty of Hit Air products is not transferable, that means it applies only to the original purchaser. If you purchase your Hit-Air apparel or a hit air replacement cartridge from a private individual, they will define it as “used” product and NO factory warranty is valid, no matter what the seller implies. Finally, we (Hit Air) reserve the right to sell replacement parts and accessories to customers who purchased the Hit-Air from authorized dealers only.
