Super grip reins are soft rubber reins made of biothane with little bumps for grip. Fancy stitching on leather matches all Five Star Tack and most other quality bridlework.

Chessington Super Grip Reins

BioThane reins (also known as artificial leather) with over 1,000 lb break strength. Very soft and incredibly grippy – even when wet. The ends tie in a knot for cross country. These are no slip reins but when you are going down a bank they have no problem sliding through your gloves if you want them to (this was the answer to an actual question posed to us about the reins no slip property).
