Ice Horse Full Hind leg Ice Wraps

Ice Horse full hind leg ice wraps include 16 FirstIce, reusable ice packs (8 for each leg). These hind leg cooling wraps cover both hind legs from the fetlock to up above the hock. They also include a set of suspenders that hold the wraps in place. Well placed Velcro closures along with a no slip fabric allow you to tighten the wraps around the leg, enabling a secure fit for maximum cooling. The only other ice wrap that comes close to this level of coverage are two sets of Finn Tack Ice Wraps – which will cost you nearly the same amount of money. If your horse will stand in them, Jacks Whirlpool Boots will do the hind legs but only up to the hock… depending on how tall your horse is. The Ice Horse full hind leg wraps are an investment but the material quality will keep them usable for years to come. The only thing you will need to replace are the Ice Horse packets that will go bad every 20-25 uses.

What Are FirstIce Reusable Ice Packs?

First Ice are cold packs that when frozen, puff up like shaved ice! This feature allows them be mold to the horses legs for maximum coverage. They stay cold for over 2 hours. FirstIce® packs are reusable. When you are done, simply place your packs back in the freezer. Within hours they are ready to use again. But, can you heat them? YES! If heat is recommended, follow the easy instructions printed on the FirstIce® pack… microwave not included.
